WRONG DIAGNOSIS I brought my 2013 Kia Sorento in March for a clunking sound in the left front wheel well. It was diagnosed with a left rear strut needed ~ $600 for I brought my 2013 Kia Sorento in March for a clunking sound in the left front wheel well. It was diagnosed with a left rear strut needed ~ $600 for 1 strut!!! I had the work done elsewhere and was told the strut was really not bad/ did not need replacing after I spent $125 on the "diagnosis" and $300 for parts and labor to replace BOTH struts. The clunking sound still continued and I should have called them that there was still a problem. Late May the noise became a grinding sound! I brought the car back in on a Friday and had to wait until Monday to find out and was told it was the left front shock assembly. $600 for 1 shock assembly although they waived the diagnostic fee! They did change my oil for $40 (should have been free after all my time and money wasted) Had the work done elsewhere...$540 for both shocks! I have used this service center and have always been satisfied with them HOWEVER they totally missed the problem in March! More

Wiper Fluid Not Filled All the stars go to Mike and the front office team for their help getting me in early and their friendly service. Otherwise the mechanic failed to fill windshield wiper fluid. Hard to trust what was completed if the easiest job isn't done right or at all. Also I usually go to the Kia dealership in East Hartford and they wash/vacuume my vehicle before returning it to me (returning it cleaner than when it was brought in). Neither were done here. More
