I have had good interactions with the dealership, as I also bring my car there for every bit of service that has ever been performed on it. The only issue that I have is the first year after owning my vehicle on the day that I reached 36,000 miles, which voided the factory warranty, one of my headlights burnt out. They covered it because it happened on the same day that I hit the mileage, however my other headlight burnt out two weeks and 2000 miles later, and they would not cover it, so I appealed to corporate Honda of America, and they also denied the claim, even though it was clearly a defect. In the owner’s manual, it says that they will warranty certain parts after the factory warranty is up on a case-by-case basis, so I was extremely disgusted by that as that headlight replacement cost me $1500. I would still like that money reimbursed, and it would completely change my outlook on the whole situation More

I purchased a 2018 Honda Fit from Colonial Chevrolet in September 2025. Unfortunately, the car suffered from a common, but subtle Honda issue and needed a new VTC actuator. I did not notice this issue whi September 2025. Unfortunately, the car suffered from a common, but subtle Honda issue and needed a new VTC actuator. I did not notice this issue while test driving the car because the only symptom is a short-lived rattle sound on a cold startup and I never performed a cold start until I owned the car. Initially, I was very upset because a new VTC actuator is $2000+ job, but Colonial not only quickly fixed the car for me, but they sent it to their sister dealership, Colonial Honda of Dartmouth, for the work to be done by trained Honda mechanics. Colonial Honda did a great job quickly fixing the car and were very easy to work with. Thank you! More

Wouldn't service our Honda that was having an issue with a part that was replaced under a recall less than a year ago. Stated we had to bring it back to the servicing dealership. Basically, they didn't want to be bothered. More
