Colonial Honda is always top notch when it comes to service, Joe and John Dennis are the two I usually deal with and they are extremely knowledgeable. Nemesio was fantastic as a sales person, showed me a bunch of options and got me into what i think was the best fit for me and was not pushy or just trying to sell me the most expensive thing on the lot to help himself. Overall very satisfied with my experience. More

I cant say enough about Colonial Honda of Dartmouth. All departments of this dealership are top notch! Lucy in the sales office was very knowledgeable and there was no high pressure sales tactics to get me to buy something I didnt need. At first interval I met Justin Luiz that after a couple minutes of speaking with young man it was clear he eats and breathes Honda. He knew everything about my car. I reccomend Colonial Honda to my friends on a daily basis. My motto is forget the rest, stick with the best and thats what these people are at Colonial. The BEST at what they do! More

Second time buying a car at Colonial Honda of Dartmouth after buying a 2017 Honda Civic LX back in 2019, which I had a great experience during my purchase with Melvin Garcia. During my time with the Civic, after buying a 2017 Honda Civic LX back in 2019, which I had a great experience during my purchase with Melvin Garcia. During my time with the Civic, the vehicle had been very reliable and I used the Honda service department frequently for maintenance, which there are great service advisors and a great service manager. This time, I was reached out by Courtney Demello from the BDC department regarding an offer to trade in my Civic for a newer vehicle, which she immediately responded to my request for an appointment to meet with a sales person. Once I arrived at the dealership I was met by Andrew Vinagre, who gave me an exceptional sales experience during the purchase of my brand new 2023 Honda HR-V Sport. Upon testing the demo unit out, I found that I was drawn to the larger SUV coming from three years of having a Honda Civic as a daily driver. Andrew was able to get a dealer swap for me with another dealership for a great color (red) and trim coming in soon (there were some issues with delivery from the factory to the dealership which Colonial was performing the swap that delayed their original delivery date, but this issue had nothing to do with Colonial by any means, though I had mentioned that they should be more realistic when providing delivery dates in the future to reflect on the current supply chain/chip shortage we are facing). Manny, the finance director, was able to give me a much lower interest rate than I had when I financed the Civic (he also financed the Civic back in 2019) and a payment similar to what I had paid for the Civic (it is slightly higher due to the obviously higher price of the vehicle, and included trade-in and additional down payment). Upon signing the paperwork for the vehicle, there were a couple of minor issues that they were able to address right away, such as the amount of the down payment, as well as the delivery issues. Once airing these concerns Miguel Garcia, one of the sales managers, was able to address these concerns right away, which made me even more of a satisfied customer with Colonial Honda. Lastly, upon delivery of the car, I was able to return to order some additional parts, which I had an exceptional experience with the parts department during the ordering process, and given that it is in the basement of the dealership under the service department, it is open to the public at any time to request additional parts and accessories for the vehicle. I ended my general sales experience with the HR-V at the service department with the inspection sticker, which was performed in a relatively quick time, given the amount of cars that go through the garage daily for various other services. Some things Colonial Honda should improve on based on how I have seen family/friends have similar sales experiences at other dealerships is to be more flexible when it comes to the hidden costs and gotchas that come with the purchase of the car, and give the option to add/remove certain add-ons that are not needed along with the extended warranty such as key insurance, paint protection, etc. I had added these as this is a brand new vehicle, but not every vehicle or person will need these options. Overall, Colonial Honda is a dealership full of staff that will take great care of you during your sales experience and is willing to address any concerns that you have during the sales process should they arise. I plan on purchasing any additional Honda vehicles when the time comes there, as well as use their service and parts department in the future like I had with the Civic. I recommend this dealership to anyone in the Southcoast area looking for a Honda! More

I purchase my CRV at Colonial Honda, the process was so bad that the manger gave me 2 free oil changes. I took my car there for an oil change and tire rotation. After driving the car for 5 miles, the tire bad that the manger gave me 2 free oil changes. I took my car there for an oil change and tire rotation. After driving the car for 5 miles, the tire pressure working light went on, I put air in the tires, a day later I contacted the dealership, the parts manager said that I may have a nail in the tire (?) really? I count not believe his response as they did not check the tire pressure after rotating the tires. If I had a nail, it would not likely had happen to all 4 tires. Overall, avoid this dealership, do not buy or get your Honda at this dealership, they just don’t care for their customers. More
