It was, overall, a great car buying experience. Scott knew the product inside and out, and he was very honest and straightforward which I found very refreshing. I had more than a couple of questions, and the process went longer than I thought, but Scott was patient and polite. This one is important: I was bugging Scott on a busy Sunday and he still managed to return my text's and a call. On the product side, Scott knows the VW product lines inside and out. He directed me to the exact car with the exact options I wanted, which was exactly the price I was looking for. No gotcha's, no upsell, just "Here's the price" and that's the price I paid. Scott is a credit to your organization Colonial. I even like the exterior color, and could not care less about that kind of thing. I would/will definitely go back there next time I need a car. More
