My wife brought the car in for an 11:00 oil change appointment. She was told the were behind schedule by about an hour! She was not pleased but settled in for what she thought would be a long wait. 35 appointment. She was told the were behind schedule by about an hour! She was not pleased but settled in for what she thought would be a long wait. 35 minutes later they came in to tell her that the car was ready. Incredible work to get the work complete close to the original appointment time estimate. More

Went in for scheduled service appointment. Got in right away and was completed in the time that I was told it would be including the wash job.
