Ordered a Kia Telluride on January 3, 2020. The ordering experience was great but every encounter afterwards was terrible. August came around and still no car, no order number, and no estimated arrival. Any experience was great but every encounter afterwards was terrible. August came around and still no car, no order number, and no estimated arrival. Any dealer who actually places your order for a car with Kia with get an order number shortly after placing the order (VIN number comes much later). The GM couldn’t provide my ANY proof of my car order being placed in August which raised red flags. Don’t order a Telluride from this place. Huge waste of time. Got a refund and ordered elsewhere from a place that doesn’t have an F rating on the Better Business Bureau. More

It's a Baby! Started the process to swap a 2017 Niro Hybrid for Niro Plug-in Hybrid back in November 2019. Worked out the numbers. Agreed to a deal. BUT, None c Started the process to swap a 2017 Niro Hybrid for Niro Plug-in Hybrid back in November 2019. Worked out the numbers. Agreed to a deal. BUT, None could be found anywhere. Dealership agreed to honor the deal when the 2020's came in, expected in late Spring. Enter COVID-19. Delays in delivery. Change of personnel. Did the deal still exist? Happy to say I took delivery of the one and only PHEV to arrive at Yonkers Kia on July 31st - nine months from inception. They were true to their word. Kudos to all! More

Let's face it, buying a car is not experience in fact most of us dread having to schlep to the dealership, because we've all had that "experience." Well, I'm excited to say, this was not the case at all. As I indicated in my Kia Survey, Mike Romano is the very reason why I'm now sitting in a 2020 Kia Sorento! Trust me when I say this purchase was a "sale in every sense of the word. However, his honesty, availability, integrity and his willingness to listen is what made all this possible. I would certainly recommend someone looking to purchase a vehicle to go to Yonkers Kia. More

Happy in the End, but a Stressful Experience The dealer offered me a very good price for my new car, which was scheduled for delivery a week later. Ultimately I did get a beautiful car (2020 Kia The dealer offered me a very good price for my new car, which was scheduled for delivery a week later. Ultimately I did get a beautiful car (2020 Kia Soul EX) for a very good price. There was a good deal of stress along the way, however. I told the dealer that I was agreeing to the purchase contingent on their providing me with a loaner if delivery was delayed, to which they agreed ("Yes, no problem."). The car was, indeed, delayed. I was assured repeatedly I'd get the loaner up until the day before I needed it, and then the dealer did not return my texts and phone calls. So not only did I not get my loaner, but I was never even told "no loaner," I was just left hanging. At the last minute, I had to get a rental. This experience led me to loose trust. Thus, when the car delivery was postponed again by another week, I ended up calling Kia customer service to find out where the car was. The next day the dealer let me know that my car had arrived (well before the predicted delivery date). Possibly coincidence. Ultimately, the dealer did make good on the agreed upon price and I got my car. The $630 I had to spend on the rental obviously diminished the value of the deal to a notable extent. Also, the assurance re the loaner took me out of the market and the possibility of finding a different deal. Finally, the assurances I'd get the loaner, and the ultimate lack of follow-through made me feel stressed out and misled. When I went to buy/take possession of the car, I complained to the dealer about his failure to come through on the loaner and asked if they could compensate me for the rental. They did not compensate me for the $630 rental. I understand this would have been difficult because they were giving me a low price for the car. They did give me a coupon for some free oil changes. So, in the end, I still got a good deal on the car, and I am happy with my purchase. However, the car-buying experience would have been much more positive if they had provided me with the loaner as promised, or else had never assured me they could do so, More

Literally got door to door service today from Dioris for my Rio lease at Kia Yonkers. He picked me up and drove me to get my car!!
