General Sales Manager changed the deal last minute after accepting my offer two days earlier. He was trying to find a way to justify his increase by charging unlawful sales taxes that he could not explain b accepting my offer two days earlier. He was trying to find a way to justify his increase by charging unlawful sales taxes that he could not explain by simply stating that he was getting the numbers from the computer. I have already purchased the auto insurance and they have already run my credit. In all the years is have been leasing a vehicle, this is the first time I have to deal with such dubious tactics. Very bad experience specially that this is my first time trying to lease a Kia vehicle. Stay away from this dealership. Horrible experience! More

The experience with Maurissa was excellent overall.
