Each time I visit the dealership, be it for service or the complementary car wash on Saturdays, Chris Beto and/or Mike Sartino will always great me by name and ask about my family. During one of my visits to the dealership for service, I mentioned to Chris that I was looking to purchase a newer RX. Knowing my preferences, Chris kept me updated when anything came on the lot. While I was out of town, Chris had a client wanting to trade in his vehicle. Knowing that I would love the car, Chris gave me a call and emailed me all the information on the car, including pictures. Trusting Chris, I put down a deposit over the phone. I am glad I did; the car is immaculate and I have enjoyed learning all the safety features my new Lexus has. More
