Our last vehicle When we pulled up on the Toyota we had no idea Ron worked there we thought he only sold Lexus. It was great, my husband Melvin has worked with Rons fa When we pulled up on the Toyota we had no idea Ron worked there we thought he only sold Lexus. It was great, my husband Melvin has worked with Rons family for 30 years. He was told he has less than 6 months left to live so was great to have a familiar face to work with. Ron made sure the car got new brakes and rotors also a new tail light, he even brought the car to our home and went and bought dice and hung on the rear view mirror. it was a great experience instead of a last minute idea. Anderson Toyota of Rockford, both car sales and car service is a rare exception... it is truly a pleasant visit and not a stressful exercise. Toyota salesman, Dave Okerstrom, was very polite and helpful in finding a car that suited our wants and needs. We shopped several other area dealers as well. The past years of experience I have had with the Anderson Toyota Service personnel caused me to work harder at finding a deal with Anderson. While buying a car is a short term experience, driving it several years and keeping it professionally serviced is a long term issue; without the high level professional service a dealer must provide, it makes owing a car less satisfying.The Anderson Toyota Rockford team is as good as it gets. More
