Well we met Mike Sartino and Ken Norwood, two of the nicest guys you ever want to meet. Mike listened to us ,got to know us and shattered the fear and stress of having to buy a car. Ken Norwood closed the deal seamlessly, he was patient even though they were short staffed and he had to get to an event for his Dad last night. I have a beautiful new 2015 Camry ,that I love. After reading the manual, I had more questions about the navigation system and App Suite which was new to me. When I stopped back into the dealership, Chris Beto was kind enough to assist me and find the answers to my questions. And I must say that the service department has always been one step above all of the rest. The are very accommodating to my schedule and will work hard to rectify any problem or issue that I may have. They never quit until I am totally satisfied! Regardless of how busy he is, he always takes time to visit with me. After 10 years and 200,000 miles on my ES I decided to purchase a RX. Exceptional Service Post-Warranty I recently reached out to Mike Sartino for assistance for my 2007 Lexus IS350 (i purchased from Mike). However, Mike instantly remembered me from nearly a decade ago and carefully guided me towards my options and had me in their service department that very weekend.
