Used Car Purchase I live in Wisconsin, 2 1/2 hours away. Was scheduled to pick up a used Lexus on Friday May 6th. I showed up well before the appointed time. My sales rep, Mike Sartino was not available, so Chris Beto took over, and prepped the car, began explaining all the gadgets, was extremely helpful. No question too stupid. Mike arrived and took over. I'd say I received double the service. Kudos to both Mike and Chris. I also dealt with Ben Bleed in finance. This was an out of state purchase and had to do the extra paperwork, the financing, the warranty information. He put the deal together in a very short amount of time, more than satisfied with the very low rate, all the work. This was a hurry up situation and there was a slight glitch in down payment. Ben worked out, and I drove away in my almost new LX460 that day. The only reason they don't get a 5-star is I tried to call the finance office on Monday, left my name and number and have not received a call back. (I tried Ben but he is on vacation this week.) As a courtesy I wish someone would have called back. More

Well we met Mike Sartino and Ken Norwood, two of the nicest guys you ever want to meet. Mike listened to us ,got to know us and shattered the fear and stress of having to buy a car. Ken Norwood closed the deal seamlessly, he was patient even though they were short staffed and he had to get to an event for his Dad last night. I have a beautiful new 2015 Camry ,that I love. After reading the manual, I had more questions about the navigation system and App Suite which was new to me. When I stopped back into the dealership, Chris Beto was kind enough to assist me and find the answers to my questions. And I must say that the service department has always been one step above all of the rest. The are very accommodating to my schedule and will work hard to rectify any problem or issue that I may have. They never quit until I am totally satisfied!
