Al Smith answered all my questions about the car and about payment options. He made sure I was satisfied and happy with my purchase. Al Smith represents Toyota well. He is an asset to the organization. Erin H set up my initial meeting with Al. She was very helpful and pleasant. She made sure I was taken care of. BTW, it was very busy in there and they had many deals being made and even thought he could not recall our exact situation, he honored it with no push back. It just so happens that he is the son of one of my best friends. Michael was amazing! He didn't pressure me, he listened to my wants and needs, told me to be patient and he would find me the perfect car and he did exactly that. He made the whole process painless from start to finish. Ben Bleed was also great and made the financing easy to understand and painless as well. Overall I had an excellent experience and would highly recommended buying a car from Michael and the rest of the Lexus team. More

Used Car Purchase I live in Wisconsin, 2 1/2 hours away. Was scheduled to pick up a used Lexus on Friday May 6th. I showed up well before the appointed time. My sale I live in Wisconsin, 2 1/2 hours away. Was scheduled to pick up a used Lexus on Friday May 6th. I showed up well before the appointed time. My sales rep, Mike Sartino was not available, so Chris Beto took over, and prepped the car, began explaining all the gadgets, was extremely helpful. No question too stupid. Mike arrived and took over. I'd say I received double the service. Kudos to both Mike and Chris. I also dealt with Ben Bleed in finance. This was an out of state purchase and had to do the extra paperwork, the financing, the warranty information. He put the deal together in a very short amount of time, more than satisfied with the very low rate, all the work. This was a hurry up situation and there was a slight glitch in down payment. Ben worked out, and I drove away in my almost new LX460 that day. The only reason they don't get a 5-star is I tried to call the finance office on Monday, left my name and number and have not received a call back. (I tried Ben but he is on vacation this week.) As a courtesy I wish someone would have called back. More
