I've purchased quite a few cars in my 47 years and dealing with Dana Ford Lincoln easily rates as one of the most enjoyable. All the boxes you would look for in a dealership are checked: 1) Aggressive pricing- I was offered a fair sales price commensurate with market for the particular vehicle and exceptional value on my trade. 2) Professional- whether it was my first contact over the phone, email exchanges or in-person discussions, all staff carried themselves the way you'd hope and expect when making such a major purchase. 3) Responsive- whatever questions or concerns I had were handled ASAP. 4) Truthful- the way the vehicle I purchased was advertised was exactly the same was it appeared in person. Vehicle was presented very accurately. I drove past at least 8-10 other Ford dealers on my way from Long Island to Staten Island to deal with Dana Ford. Other dealers had the same or similar car, but either they weren't offering the same level of comfort in my initial discussions with them, or they weren't offering the best value on my trade. I shouldn't need to make such a major purchase for at least the next couple of years, but when I do, Dana Ford will be the first dealer I'll look to! I can't say a bad thing about any part of my experience or any of the people I dealt with during the process, including Mike Sauber, the Pre-Owned Manager who first introduced me to the vehicle, discussed pricing and offered great trade value, Mary Graffeo the sales representative who met with me on the day of my purchase and coordinated everything on my trade and acquisition of the new vehicle, and Jeff Beyer, from the Finance Department, who wrapped up all paperwork with me and was truly no-pressure in his approach. The three of them together, along with the awesome team behind them, made for an incredible experience. Thank you Dana Ford Lincoln. More

Excellent experience highly recommended out of state buyer! Dana Lincoln went above and beyond to make my car buying experience the best it has ever been! I purchased a Lincoln MKX Reserve (from pictures onlin Dana Lincoln went above and beyond to make my car buying experience the best it has ever been! I purchased a Lincoln MKX Reserve (from pictures online) during this COVID pandemic and I live over 200 miles away and worked with 5 other dealerships in MA, NJ, CT, ME and NH and ultimately choose Dana Lincoln because of there responsiveness, professionalism, attention to detail, negotiations, ease of use in trading in a leased car to purchase a new car, having this SUV being a CPO with a 200 point inspection and their willingness to work with someone out of state and over the phone!
