Buying new RDX Experience with Sales staff was excellent. They were knowledgeable, fair, and not at all pushy. Experience with Finance staff was not as smooth. Loa Experience with Sales staff was excellent. They were knowledgeable, fair, and not at all pushy. Experience with Finance staff was not as smooth. Loan financing process took a long time as he was playing with the numbers to try to get the rate to equal what I was quoted. He finally got it (and had to dial in a loan amount $3 higher than what I needed) and so I finally signed the paperwork. However 2 weeks later he called and said that he didn't complete the paperwork properly and said I needed to go back to the dealer to re-sign paperwork. Though it was completely his error, I never once heard an "I'm sorry for the inconvenience". More
