The Sales and Finance (Treg) people were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I ordered a new Acura and the communication on the build status was very good. At various times during the process they expl pleasant to deal with. I ordered a new Acura and the communication on the build status was very good. At various times during the process they explained extra-cost additions to the deal, but were not pushy when I declined. I was a little annoyed that the price increased slightly during the 2.5 months it took the car to arrive, but I figured that is part of the current times in the auto industry and mostly under the control of Acura Corporate. I was disappointed that I could not see my exact preferred interior trim on a similar car before ordering, but that again is due to the current low inventories. I was a little confused and annoyed at the relatively large number of text messages and emails I received with names of different dealership employees on them, most of which were just thanking me for ordering a car, but that is a very minor issue. The delivery and deal-closing process all went quite smoothly, with Mike Shay and Treg Blagg both very willing to answer my questions while skipping explanations (of features of the car) that I did not want to hear. Overall, a very pleasant experience. More

We have purchased and service with Acura Columbus for approximately 10 yrs however this is the first time buying a brand new vehicle. I was nervous as the technology in the 2021 RDX was so advanced vs th approximately 10 yrs however this is the first time buying a brand new vehicle. I was nervous as the technology in the 2021 RDX was so advanced vs the 2013 I have been driving. The process from start to finish (including education to manage the technology) was seamless. I brought home my new RDX yesterday and thanks to salesman/educator Mike Shay I am driving today. Love the attention to detail this dealership provides, in every aspect from sales to finance to service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! More
