We have purchased and service with Acura Columbus for approximately 10 yrs however this is the first time buying a brand new vehicle. I was nervous as the technology in the 2021 RDX was so advanced vs th approximately 10 yrs however this is the first time buying a brand new vehicle. I was nervous as the technology in the 2021 RDX was so advanced vs the 2013 I have been driving. The process from start to finish (including education to manage the technology) was seamless. I brought home my new RDX yesterday and thanks to salesman/educator Mike Shay I am driving today. Finance Department was quick to respond to emails that allowed me to share what I was looking for. When I had to cancel my appointment due to being out of town, staff worked with me to reschedule and have allowed me to share what I was looking for.
