Very disappointed that GMC did not have the second key for the vehicle and wanted to charge me for a new one. Also, very surprised that they tried to sell me accessories for the vehicle. Would of liked to of seen an upgrade to the floor mates rather than charge me another $200-400 having just committed to a $70K purchase. More
