Mike was very patient with me and explained in detail the lease and the additional maintenance and protective options that were available. Beyond that, he sat in the car with me and reviewed the features and functions available on this wonderful car. It’s obvious he has very detailed knowledge of the car’s features. PLUS he placed a blue bow on my blue car JUST like I wanted - the cherry on top, so to speak. THANK YOU MIKE - because of this wonderful experience I will have no problems referring family and friends to this dealership and especially to Mike!! More

I have to say that the experience there was amazing. I worked with Mike Spigarelli . He had the patience of a saint. I was not sure walking in what was going to work for me. After looking at several v I worked with Mike Spigarelli . He had the patience of a saint. I was not sure walking in what was going to work for me. After looking at several vehicles and explaining to him what I was looking for he helped me to find the perfect car and deal I needed. He went out of his way to make sure I got the discounts I was eligible for ( military) even though at first I couldn’t find the necessary information needed to qualify for it. . I was willing to forgo it and he and the financial person worked together with me to find what we needed and I got the additional discount. I went back 3 times until I could make a final decision and each time Mike listened patiently to my rambling concerns and questions. I love the way he showed me himself the difference between buying or leasing the car and compared the cost helping me to weigh out my options. My son who represents car dealerships was allowed to review each step on the contract with Mike before my final signature. I walked away with no buyer regrets nor any questions. He has reached out to me again to ask if there’s anything that I need or if I have any questions still. Buying a car can cause anxiety and yet Mike and Mission Viejo Kia came through for me. I truly appreciate them and would recommend them for your car buying experience. More

Adam and the entire staff at Mission Viejo Kia were outstanding. I told Adam I was looking for a very specific car with pretty specific color, options, etc. He found me the exact car, and was straigh outstanding.
