Mike from Service/Tech Department has been providing wonderful experience of bringing my car into this dealership every time. Unfortunately, the door handles inside the mk7 model has a design-flaw where wonderful experience of bringing my car into this dealership every time. Unfortunately, the door handles inside the mk7 model has a design-flaw where the retractable coil/spring is prone to breakage, and I had two of the inside door handle already serviced and fixed here within 2 years of ownership. Last time, I had called ahead to make an appointment and get this fixed, being confirmed by the parts department, I was told that the part is not-in, and was told to come back next week. This happened during the busy season, so it was a frustration for both ends. Besides this, everything was taken care for me, and I look forward to my future visits. More
