The gentleman that helped me was great, I’d work with him again. However, my car was damaged in the car wash. I had to wait for the new part to come and then drive back to have it installed. I also notified again. However, my car was damaged in the car wash. I had to wait for the new part to come and then drive back to have it installed. I also notified the technician that my tire pressure light kept coming on. I was told the tire was fine. A week later the light came in again. I took my car to discount tire and was told a nail has been in the tire. I had to have it replaced. This could have been a disaster. Please thoroughly check next time. More

I took my car to VW of downtown Chicago after another shop couldn't fix my issues. Scheduling was easy over the phone and the team was great once they had my car.
