Volkswagen of Downtown Chicago location has mediocre customer service and works too slow to diagnose and fix issues. Every time I have to come in, I use a different service specialist and I have been di customer service and works too slow to diagnose and fix issues. Every time I have to come in, I use a different service specialist and I have been disappointed by each of them. I would not recommend this location to anyone and do not plan to go back. More

I was under the impression that when I got my car back I was going to have a full tank of gas. When I purchased it the week earlier it was to late in the day & that is why I brought it in. I dropped my car off in the morning at the designated time and the service was completed the same day on time and with utmost standards of service. I took my car in to fix the sway bars. Adam met me inside the door and checked me in. He arranged a Lyft ride for me and I went to work. I got a text message when my car was repaired.
