From the moment I walked in, Mike greeted me warmly and made the entire service process seamless. They took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle in detail and provided clear, transparent pricing. I never once felt rushed or pushed into unnecessary services, which I truly appreciated. The communication was excellent, and they kept me updated throughout the process, ensuring I knew exactly what was happening with my car. What stood out the most was how Mike went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with the service. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident in every step of the process. I highly recommend Mike and Royal Moore for anyone in need of car service. You’ll be in good hands, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers! In my 25+ years of working on cars working at a dealership and being a customer while getting work done on my cars, Mike has BY FAR been the best service writer I've had the pleasure of working with. He's thoughtful, helpful and actually CARES about the customer's needs. This is my second visit to this dealership and this time I got to stay and wait for my car since it was a routine appointment. I had my oil changed, tires checked and filled, and a cosmetic piece from the r I got to stay and wait for my car since it was a routine appointment.
