Mike Taylor is, hands down, the best service advisor that I have had the pleasure to work with. My family has been bringing our vehicles to him for almost 5 years. Not only is Mike extremely knowledgeable, I have had the pleasure to work with. My family has been bringing our vehicles to him for almost 5 years. Not only is Mike extremely knowledgeable, honest and thorough, he is also kind and considerate. When Mike found out that my Dad was a Veteran, he asked me if he could call him and thank him for his service. My Dad was almost 90 at the time and that phone call meant the world to him. Royal Moore Toyota is a great dealership and Mike Taylor is a big reason for that! We are definitely customers for life! More

I came to Royal Moore Toyota due to a check engine light and was able to get trustworthy assistance by service advisor Mike Taylor. He was very helpful and communicated with me the issues with my Toyota Sie and was able to get trustworthy assistance by service advisor Mike Taylor. He was very helpful and communicated with me the issues with my Toyota Sienna. I was visiting from California and was on vacation but was worried about my minivan not being to make it back to California. Mike Taylor went out of his way to let me and my family enjoy our vacation with another Toyota Sienna. Mike also made sure our fluids were all topped off and ready for the long trip back to California. I am very grateful for Royal Moore Toyota and the service I received from the service department. I would definitely come back with any other automotive issues in the future if visiting Hillsboro Oregon. Thanks again to Mike Taylor and Royal Moore Toyota! More

We have previously had our vehicles serviced at Royale Moore, but on July 12th I brought my Toyota sienna in when the service drive opened. I had found out the night before that I would have to make an em Moore, but on July 12th I brought my Toyota sienna in when the service drive opened. I had found out the night before that I would have to make an emergency drive to Southern California and my van was I need of service bedore we could leave. Mike Taylor immediately got to work and squeezed me into the schedule. He was courteous and understanding, but what I appreciated the most was his honesty and direct approach. If Mike is an example of the standard for customer service, then we will definitely continue to bring our van back to Royale Moore. Thank you, Mike, for helping to bring a little piece of mind to a very tough situation. And thank you to the technicians that did the work that helped to get us to California and back home safely. More

Took my vehicle to Royal Moore and Mike Taylor was my service advisor. Mike provided outstanding support and gave me daily updates while my car awaited parts. He worked directy with my insurance company service advisor. Mike provided outstanding support and gave me daily updates while my car awaited parts. He worked directy with my insurance company which made the experience less stressful for me. Mike even hoisted my car so I could inspect the undercarriage repairs and speak with the technicians myself. Excellent service all around and I would recommend Royal Moore to anyone. More

I want to call out an excellent experience I had with the Royal Moore Toyota service department--specifically the team of Mike Taylor, David Ferraro, and Brandon Cicero. In fact, I will tell you it hands dow Royal Moore Toyota service department--specifically the team of Mike Taylor, David Ferraro, and Brandon Cicero. In fact, I will tell you it hands down the best experience I've ever had with a dealer service department in my entire life. My Highlander was making some noises. One of them seemed to be mechanical and I was concerned something was going to fail during an upcoming road trip. The other noise was an annoying rattle that had been present since I bought the car (new) just over a year ago from another dealership. That dealer's team was unable to identify the problem of the rattle, so I asked Mike if they would look into it while addressing the other more serious sound. Mike and his team began troubleshooting the issues and thought they had resolved them both. As often happens in these kinds of situations, the sounds come and go, and what we thought had been fixed was still a problem. This is where Mike, David, and Brandon set themselves apart from every other experience I've had. Instead of shrugging their shoulders and telling me there was nothing they could do, Mike told me how much he wanted to get it resolved and asked if I would please leave the car with them. Also, because he didn't want to make me go longer without a car, he arranged for me to have a loaner car while they continued investigating the problems. I was thrilled when Mike told me that David and Brandon were able to finally diagnose and fix both the problems. For over a year no one else had the ability or drive to figure things out until I took it to this outstanding team at Royal Moore's service department. I can't imagine how frustrating it was for them to hunt down the source of these noises, but they did it. As I said at the beginning, I've never had such a stellar experience with a service department. If the rest of the employees at Royal Moore Toyota are like Mike, David, and Brandon, they will have no shortage of loyal customers. Thanks again for all your help! More

My alternator went out just down the street from Royal Moore so I just drove in without an appointment. I really needed my car for a fishing trip the following morning. They gave me a ride home and fixed Moore so I just drove in without an appointment. I really needed my car for a fishing trip the following morning. They gave me a ride home and fixed my car within a few hours. Picked me up when it was ready and I had a successful trip. Thank you! More
