Helping Hands Recently, my car blew a seal in the engine and was losing oil. My mechanic said it would not be wort the money to fix. Frustrated and worried about Recently, my car blew a seal in the engine and was losing oil. My mechanic said it would not be wort the money to fix. Frustrated and worried about not having transportation, I returned home to search the internet. I made contact with Haasz Automall in Ravenna, Ohio and received a call back to advise me that I had been approved for a car purchase. Now, my credit is not great, to say the least, but in desperation, I drove to Haasz to see if and what they could do for me. I met Mike Teter upon entering and he assured me, he would make his best effort to get me a car. I didnt have much to put down, about $400 plus $100 they gave me for my car (wasnt even worth that). It was a long day, submitting all that was required by the bank, but I drove away in a vehicle that only had 26000 miles, including a factory warranty, the same day. Now, I did have to return about 10 days later to finalize the purchase, bringing more documents for the bank. I would refer anyone to visit Mike Teter at Haasz Automall to purchase a vehicle anytime. More

Mike Teter,treated us a if it was his 1st customer!! He made us feel welcome & not pressured at all!! He listen to what we wanted & he actually wonder if I would like to get into a BIG HORM. I never thought I would be able to. Actually, that was really my 1st choice!! Andy Huzvar, explained in great detail on what my options were in getting the right payment! Greg Baxter, amazing person for the closing of the deal. Super frienldly and also explained in detail what I was signing. This Haasz Auto Group was a great experience. Now, I won't tell you that you may not have a problem because things do get hosed at times. But the peeps at Haasz will work with you and try to make it right.
