I had a very positive experience at Schaller Acura. I live an hour away and they had the car that I wanted so we did everything over the phone, via text, and by e-mail. I just purchased a 2022 RDX from Michael Uhlman today. I have to say that he was one of the most down to Earth salespeople that I have ever met. He instantly responded to my text messages and was more tha I have to say that he was one of the most down to Earth salespeople that I have ever met. He instantly responded to my text messages and was more than willing to spend as much time with me as I wanted so he could teach me all the features during delivery. Brian Savo was quick and efficient with the paperwork and was very friendly to speak to. I would definitely return to this dealership when I'm in the market for another Acura. The people of schaller acura of Manchester have the best staff and customer service from sell team to the service team. Alway go above and beyond to make sure a customers needs are met. Mike helped me make an informed decision on my purchase of an RDX, answering all my questions . I didn't feel pressured at all and had his undivided attention during my visit .
