Inquired about a certified pre-owned M5 available. I requested a trade-in value for my 2018 M550i. They currently have have one on the lot, almost exact same miles and similarly equipped. Their price I requested a trade-in value for my 2018 M550i. They currently have have one on the lot, almost exact same miles and similarly equipped. Their price is 54.5K for the M550i. Mike Uniejewski returned my request with a trade-in value of my BMW of $42,000. I returned his email and informed him that with those numbers, and with what they are selling the M550i for, there was no need for further discussions. It should have ended there, but seemed as if Mike needed something to prove. I received another return email from Mike basically telling me my car has been in the shop too many times. My car is not worth the price. This is a 2018 BMW M550i MSRP of over 85K. When small things go wrong, it goes in the shop to fix. There were also multiple recalls performed, successions parts installed, etc. It was a poor attempt to quantify the lowball offer. I do not know if the entire dealership has this attitude or arrogance, but I have never dealt with someone so rude and condescending. I was also able to have a friend pull up the history of the M550i on the lot. The repair orders, service history, recall work and shop time was extensive for their vehicle also. Final email from Mr. Uniejewski suggested I just buy the M5 without the trade. For someone in the market for a certified M5, choices are limited for availability and potential to purchase is greater than a "tire kicker", a little customer service goes a long way. More

Great sales team and very helpful. ....BUT. I bought a 2017 Dodge Ram pickup while passing through IN during our move to NY state. I love the truck but had to spend over $1000 to get ....BUT. I bought a 2017 Dodge Ram pickup while passing through IN during our move to NY state. I love the truck but had to spend over $1000 to get repairs on issues that should have been taken care before the truck was put on the lot for sale. 4 broken manifold bolts (known issue with Hemi engines) and all 4 wheels were grossly out of balance. Again, I love the truck and the staff was great but zero fun to put $1000 into a truck less than a week after purchase. The only repair completed by BMW of Ft Wayne was a wiper blade replacement. I would expect a more thorough inspection after receiving the vehicle and prior to putting it on the lot for sale. More
