This time around I had a bad experience. Something that had never happened in the many service visits I have done in the many years I have been a Cadillac owner. Although, WC's policy is cle Something that had never happened in the many service visits I have done in the many years I have been a Cadillac owner. Although, WC's policy is clear about the responsibility bear by the company for valuable objects left in the vehicle while service is performed, one becomes over trusting, based on previous experiences, that such objects will be respected. This time, a pair of RayBan Meta sunglasses I left in the deposit under the arm rest of my XT-5 went missing. I informed the Service Manager of this, not with the hope that the item would be recuperated but so that attention is paid to this and action is taken to prevent future occurrences. Situation like this can have a great negative impact on customer trust. Petty theft goes mostly unreported but nevertheless, impacts negatively on customer trust. It is in the best interest of WC to see this stops. More

After having to wait to schedule my service, I brought my Optiq in on 12/15/25. I received a text message that I can text to communicate with the service advisor which I did after about one week since I neve Optiq in on 12/15/25. I received a text message that I can text to communicate with the service advisor which I did after about one week since I never heard anything from them but I never received a reply back. After two-weeks with no call or update, the service advisor finally called me on 12/30/25 letting me know that they just now looked at the car, so that means my car sat there for two-weeks. I asked why has it been two-weeks without being worked on and the service advisor stated that they only have seven (7) certified EV techs. The service advisor stated that they will replace the two front tires due to abnormal wear so I asked about all of the other items I had which they never looked at. On 1/6/26 I left a message for the service advisor, with no call back so on 1/7/26, I left a message for a service manager, also with no response back. Since neither one responded, I went to Williamson around 5:00 PM and the front desk informed me that my car was ready so after looking at the invoice, it showed it was completed on 1/7/26 at 10:58 AM so no one contacted me that my car was ready so I have to wonder, if I never went by, how long would they have taken to contact me ? The invoice shows that they removed a rock stuck in the tire which was supposedly causing the rattling noise which I knew, was not the reason, so after driving my car, all of the rattling noises, squeaks, are still present so most likely, they never even looked at it. In the 32+ years of owning and leasing cars, this by far, was the absolute worst service experience. Williamson’s service and communication, or I should say the lack there of, is absolutely terrible. I will not bring my car back to them and would suggest the same especially if you have an EV. More

I wasnkeptnon the phone many times for over 40 minutes, my truck was with you for over 30 days , I dont know where you park the cars but left out for so long it has made it smell inside terribly, when I fi my truck was with you for over 30 days , I dont know where you park the cars but left out for so long it has made it smell inside terribly, when I finally got my car back, the messages in the dashboard in total 3, windshield liquid low, air filter problem and when I turn the car off it telling me to put the car in park when it is in park already, so I can't lock the car. More
