This is the third time using this Service associate and it’s very challenging as customers don’t get updates and goes home and doesn’t communicate with customers and after almost 4 hours of waiting, I go t it’s very challenging as customers don’t get updates and goes home and doesn’t communicate with customers and after almost 4 hours of waiting, I go to the Service desk and I found out that this service rep went home and my truck has been ready since a while….zero customer service oriented and sad to deal with this rep. Should find a better job that aligns with his character. More

The service advisor was excellent but the cashier and porters did not follow through. I paid and they told me go wait at the front and wait for the car. An hour later they said I needed to give my receip porters did not follow through. I paid and they told me go wait at the front and wait for the car. An hour later they said I needed to give my receipt to the porters for them to know which car was mine so after watching me for an hour they never bothered to tell me this. What a let down… More
