Jerry who was in his truck and leaving for the day, noticed my actions, inquired on what I was doing, and wouldn't go home for the day until I was comfortable with the cars performance. Turned out the sound was outside and not my vehicle. * The next morning, Mike called to follow-up and give me a suggestion for my interior regarding another issue they had performed for me. We came in without an appointment for a recall, drove right in and waited on immediately. After looking up the cars records, they gave us a call and asked if we'd like to do the Works, and we said yes. H right in and waited on immediately.
