Employees Gave our granddaughter our car to use going back and forth to college which is 3 hours away. The car is 10 years old. Recently going back to school Gave our granddaughter our car to use going back and forth to college which is 3 hours away. The car is 10 years old. Recently going back to school the car broke down. It was a traumatic experience for her but she handled it. The cars water pump broke. it was towed to the nearest town. The car had to be left at a auto repair shop. The next day it was repaired by a very nice man. She came home the next weekend. My husband brought it in for a oil change and to have the car checked out. Explaining the situation it was checked out thoroughly and as always felt all was well with the car. We do know things happened as it did a few weeks ago but we do feel better sending out granddaughter back to school and she felt better after the checkup. Once again thanks to all the repair shop employees for this. More

Tire Blowout Had a road hazard puncture in my tire. AAA came and switched it with the mini spare in my trunk. I drove to A.H Ford and Mike Waddle asked me what Had a road hazard puncture in my tire. AAA came and switched it with the mini spare in my trunk. I drove to A.H Ford and Mike Waddle asked me what was the problem. Tire not repairable. Mike checked and the tire was not in stock so he said he had to order. I said I need it now because I had Doctor's appointments for the next 2 days. Mike called someone and they searched around and found one and Mike said it should be at A.H Ford that afternoon. I talked to Mike about 3:15 and he said come on in and we will take care of it. I did and Mike did. Thanks to Mike for going the extra mile for me. That kind of service keeps me coming back More
