This dealership is honestly THE best one that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! My friend and I had seen an ad for a vehicle on Donavan's lot and it was exactly what I was looking for so w had the pleasure of doing business with! My friend and I had seen an ad for a vehicle on Donavan's lot and it was exactly what I was looking for so we drove over. After speaking with a couple of gentlemen regarding the car, it was later discovered that it had been sold. I left my information and what I was looking for with Clifton. On the way out we met Josh, who ended up being my sales guy. I gave him the run down of what I was looking for and left. The next day I got a phone call stating they found one and it was being transported. I took it out for a test drive and noticed something was off and I reported back to them. They ended up taking the vehicle back into the shop and inspected it further. During the inspection they discovered that there was something really wrong with it. They ended up keeping that vehicle for safety issues and immediately started looking for another one. They put me in one of their loaner cars until the replacement arrived, at no charge. Donavan's had shown integrity during the entire process and really took care of me. These men and women are so very kind, friendly and I never felt pushed into making any decisions. They truly are a one of a kind dealership who actually cares about their customers. I will absolutely continue doing business with them. Thank you all for everything! More
