It was ok. Average I liked our sales agent ..was informative..worked hard..finance person added stuff i didnt want extended warranty gap coverage neither was needed boos I liked our sales agent ..was informative..worked hard..finance person added stuff i didnt want extended warranty gap coverage neither was needed boosted price up then tried to put us in cheaper version of car we wanted..also had different credit scores than i had copies of. Was a bit shifty. Felt they wanted to fluff up the deal price i left without deal then they called 5 min later with better offer said they found some extra incentives..was kinda shady. More

My new 2019 Malibu I came into the Center to turn in my leased vehicle 2 months early. I was immediately given a salesman named John. I told John exactly what I would li I came into the Center to turn in my leased vehicle 2 months early. I was immediately given a salesman named John. I told John exactly what I would like to have as my new vehicle. He listened and within a half hour brought me the car that he thought would be perfect for me...and it was, color and all! John spent time explaining all the new features and technology and helped me set everything up. He polished up a spot on the exterior of my new car and made sure it was shining when I left. He gave me his electronic card and set up my apps on my phone. The finance guy was very nice...no high pressure. Answered all my questions and was very friendly.I arrived at 9 am and was leaving the lot with a new car at 1pm. More
