The salesman and financial manager tried to fraudulently add $5000 to my loan, lied about being able to remove the Xzilon and Advance 5 Protection Bu The salesman and financial manager tried to fraudulently add $5000 to my loan, lied about being able to remove the Xzilon and Advance 5 Protection Bundle, and the salesman manager lied to us about having the vehicle inspected by an Audi dealership after I drove off of the lot and had “Turn Engine Off”, “Low Coolant”, and “Low Tire Pressure Lights” come on. I had to find an O’Rileys at 9:00 PM in Milwaukee add antifreeze because it was dangerously below the minimum line. Then I discovered Russ Darrow changed two of the tires but did not put on the same size when they purchased the car. When Russ Darrow “inspected” it, they told me the antifreeze was in the normal range and I should buy two new tires. I would NEVER recommend this company. NEVER. More
