Found an interesting VW Golf TDI sportwagen online. I am from out of state. When I called to inquire about it, Kameyah Ransom was very helpful and set up a time for me to come in and see the car when it was from out of state. Millo Antola patiently waited for us to arrive (late), then patiently made everything happen for us to drive that car home at the end of the day. He knows how to make happen what needs to happen! He is low-key, relaxed, and clearly knows a LOT about VWs, especially the one I selected. He drives the same model! We brought our dog to be sure that he would be able to get in/out of the back of the car. Also to be sure that his crate would fit well. He is a pretty big dog. The young woman at the front desk was so kind to bring him water and make sure that he wasn't burning his feet on the hot pavement while we were looking at the car. Our dog was quite welcome at Jim Ellis VW. The transaction took a bit longer than expected, but it all came out fine in the end. The dog approved of his new dog-mobile and rode home asleep in the back. More
