Millo and Jocelyn were incredible to work with! My fiance and I decided last minute we wanted to buy a car when we saw a beautiful VW Tiguan listed online. We raced over to VW that morning and in l My fiance and I decided last minute we wanted to buy a car when we saw a beautiful VW Tiguan listed online. We raced over to VW that morning and in less than an hour, we were signing the papers to buy a new car. Millo was attentive and so helpful as we were talking about what we wanted in a car and what was important to us. He was so kind and made us feel so comfortable with making our decision. He was extremely patient and accommodating and even offered to let me use his cell phone charger as my phone was dying. He made sure that when we were leaving the property, I had everything set up in the car and it was in mint condition! We are thrilled with our purchase! Jocelyn also offered us an incredible experience. She was very honest with her knowledge about financing and which options would best suit our lifestyles. She offered so much advice about purchasing a car and how it would affect future life purchases as well. After working with Jocelyn, you felt like you had been working with an old friend. We had a wonderful experience at this dealership and will be coming back for future Volkswagen purchases! More
