Fantastic experience working with Emily I couldn't be happier with my overall sales experience. From the first moment I was contacted by Michael and Mei Kei (after an internet query), I was I couldn't be happier with my overall sales experience. From the first moment I was contacted by Michael and Mei Kei (after an internet query), I was impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff. Mei Kei reached out to me right away with the information I was looking for. Then, I worked with Emily at the dealership, and she was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and listened carefully to what I really wanted (including the options I needed and those I didn't). She immediately connected me to the right inventory based on our conversation and made me feel absolutely comfortable during the transaction, which was smooth and efficient. I never felt pressured or rushed, and Emily answered all of my questions thoroughly and directly. Finally, Milton was also great with financing and warranty information, and I especially appreciated how clearly he explained the transaction and paperwork while still helping to move me through the process quickly. I arrived at 11 for a test drive and was driving a new car off the lot by 3-- fantastic team work. Thank you for a great experience! More

Easy peasy purchase of Used Forester with low mileage We had an appointment with Mei Kei but she was with another customer when we arrived so she introduced us to Emily Bintz who found us a newly traded i We had an appointment with Mei Kei but she was with another customer when we arrived so she introduced us to Emily Bintz who found us a newly traded in 2017 Forester Premium loaded with the safety options we were looking for and had less than 20,000 miles on it. We traded in two older vehicles, and would have driven the 2017 Forester home but it needed a windshield replacement so we ended up picking it up two days later. Everything great so far! More

What buying a car should be like! Absolutely loved my experience. I worked with Mei Kei and she did everything in her power to meet my needs, get the car I wanted, and match my budget. She stayed well Pat's close (at least 2 hours) and was never pushy or frustrated. She was calm and happily answered all my questions. Somewhat satisfied customer I went to heritage Subaru already having done much research on the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I knew exactly what I wanted, have a good credit scor I went to heritage Subaru already having done much research on the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I knew exactly what I wanted, have a good credit score and a substantial down payment. I went in excited and thinking the car buying process would be easy and swift. I was horribly mistaken. Alex, my salesperson was honest, patient and very accommodating, but I feel the car buying experience did not match his quality of service. I will estimate that I was at the dealership for about 5 hours, which to me is unacceptable given that I came fully prepared. After waiting for what seemed like an eternity you are then sent to what feels like the principals office(Milton) and given rate and payment information. This process would be better if you were able to see the options so that you can make an informed decision. One would understand that the financing rep would want to give you the best rate but it would create a better customer immersive experience for you to be able to see what options you have. Milton Taylor was a pleasant as he could be for as late as it was. I’m sure that if this is the normal practice for an evening sale, more customer are just ready to sign paperwork and get outta there. I am not sure what needs to change as far as the business model or the customer experience but changes need to be made. I have purchased many cars as an adult and was never as prepared as this time. The last vehicle purchase I had was maybe 12 years ago at Carmax and I remember it being very quick and precise. I assumed(incorrectly) that with this being 12 years later and with the technological advances we have made that the car buying experience would be even better. It wasn’t. I truly appreciate Alex as a salesman and hope that this has no real bearing on him. It seemed to me that he was really doing his best. That the extreme wait was just “the process”. In my opinion, it shouldn’t be. Even if I came in and wanted to test drive 4 different cars, there should be no reason that I should have to sit at the dealership for an additional 4/5 hours to sign paperwork and wait for financing. Overall the pricing was great, my salesperson was exceptional, the car buying experience was poor. More
