I believe that I’ve found a dealership that stands by their word. Challenges may come up with purchasing a car, but it’s not the challenges that we look to avoid because not every challenge is avoidable, but knowing that someone is there to stand behind their word to deliver excellent service no matter what may arise, is what we need as customers. Heritage has done this. They are practicing old school customer service, simply by delivering what they promised; great service. The GM, Shawn Davie is a true gem and invaluable to the company and dealership. I look forward to a long lasting relationship with this dealership as I look to buy a car for my daughter in the near future and to upgrade our family Subaru.
