We are repeat customer's of Heritage Subaru Owings Mills and recently referred a family member to this location. We searched a different Heritage location at first and was unfortunately not happy with their and recently referred a family member to this location. We searched a different Heritage location at first and was unfortunately not happy with their service on a vehicle we were interested in. We decided to select a Subaru instead and visited Heritage Subaru in Owings Mills. We are extremely happy with the level of service that Keane, Sam, and Milton provided to us. Keane was able to coordinate and bring 3 of the 4 vehicles were interested in. We ended up narrowing down our selection with Sam after test driving the vehicles. We negotiated a great deal with Sam, Keane, and Milton. We are truly grateful for the assistance Milton the Finance Manager gave us. Milton went above and beyond to work with my family member and made us feel at ease during the transaction. If you're looking for a new or used vehicle, this is the place to go! We also frequently visit this location to have our vehicle serviced by the Service Advisor Nikki and her team. Nikki is always excellent to work with as well and accommodates our requests so effortlessly. Thank you all for truly treating us like family over the years! More
