Service levels are down . DCH does not believe in delivering customer happiness any more. They are not willing to listen to customer. Service is directing me to finance and finance ( even the manager delivering customer happiness any more. They are not willing to listen to customer. Service is directing me to finance and finance ( even the manager) is redirecting me back to service when it comes to filing and processing a service claim which I have extended warranty. The senior finance manager is unable to explain to me what is covered by the extended warranty costing additional 2700 dollars when it clearly shows it covers 100% parts and labor, per the details given by DCH , when I purchased the vehicle. The finance manager says they just give the insurance and it is for the customer to find out and talk to the insurance firm. Please escalate and confirm if this is their vision and direction . Not sure , please help More
