The customer service here is a joke from management down to the service department! I purchased 2 2024 sonata’s both have front number defects, I’ve bought it up to the management team they have no response to the service department! I purchased 2 2024 sonata’s both have front number defects, I’ve bought it up to the management team they have no response. They didn’t have a problem selling a vehicle and taking your money, but won’t fix their brand new 2024 issues! A joke. Next we get a 2024 Santa Fe the transmission goes after just 2 weeks, my Santa Fe has now been in the shop for over a month. There has been no communication! I have to keep calling for an update. They ordered the part and then didn’t even know they had to order more. 33 days now my car is still sitting there. More

They replaced my engine and fixed my A/C in a very timely manor but i was thrown for a loop when i found out that the repair of my A/C labor cost was way overboard. I thought I had paid what I owed before th manor but i was thrown for a loop when i found out that the repair of my A/C labor cost was way overboard. I thought I had paid what I owed before the work was done but informed after the service that the labor charge was not included. I was very lucky I had that much in the bank otherwise I don't know what i would have done. You need to be more up front about what it's going to cost before the service is approved by the customer. I thought that was really sneaky and underhanded and that the labor cost was way over priced. More

The mechanics, the service writers the whole team is phenomenal. Unfortunately, once in a while, Things don’t always work out easily, but I’m thrilled that they are here and service my car. More

I got a courtesy servicing, which was incredible. Mirena was ver communicative and was very understanding even though my servicing was taking longer than normal.
