first visit to new location April 2024 - oil change / multipoint/check battery - battery failed test- dealership did not have a replacement battery - had to wait over one hour for new battery to be loca multipoint/check battery - battery failed test- dealership did not have a replacement battery - had to wait over one hour for new battery to be located and installed. July 2024 oil change/ multipoint took over an hour and 45 min. Tunde O'Connor is the best of the best and the number one reason I continue having my car services at St Augustine Hyundai. You could not ask for or find better customer care than what Tunde provides. Mirena Napier is always as pleasant as can be. More

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and cabin filter change. Ms. Mirena Napier, my service specialist, met me at the garage door, verified the work order, ushered me into the rotation, and cabin filter change. Ms. Mirena Napier, my service specialist, met me at the garage door, verified the work order, ushered me into the waiting area, made me aware of the available refreshments and snacks, and said she would update me as the work proceeded. About 1.15 hours later, Ms. Napier reminded me of the work completed, walked me to my vehicle, wiped of the wet spots from the car wash, and waved me on my way home. That's what I call professional service! More

my service advisor is really very good. She always treats me with respect and professionalism. she will come out and give me updates as to what’s happening with my car.
