Pleasurable Experience This was our first visit to this dealership having recently moved to the area. We actually came in for an oil change on our 2009 Altima and just happe This was our first visit to this dealership having recently moved to the area. We actually came in for an oil change on our 2009 Altima and just happened to walk through the showroom where we saw what is now our new 2018 Altima. Mitch Riordan was our salesman. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and actually made the whole process a pleasure. We never felt uncomfortable or pressured. Dan Gibbons helped us with the financial end of the deal. He was also friendly and helpful, going over everything thoroughly, and we left the dealership in our beautiful new vehicle, impressed with the staff and feeling satisfied that we had gotten a great deal. Bad Salesman I stood outside and shook hands on a price and salesman said "for sure if it makes your wife happy". I can do the price, even a bit lower for you. he I stood outside and shook hands on a price and salesman said "for sure if it makes your wife happy". I can do the price, even a bit lower for you. he then ran credit report on the deal and then came back saying he made a mistake and the car is only $500 off instead of the $995. It is wrong to tell a customer one thing and run report before telling you a new higher price. Fraud! Beware!!! More
