This is my 5th subaru from this dealership I will be back for more. I went in for an oil change and came out. with a new car. This is not a new thing for me. Low stress buying experience Working with Mitch was a great experience. He was extremely patient, focused on making me happy, and was not like those high pressure salesman you fi Working with Mitch was a great experience. He was extremely patient, focused on making me happy, and was not like those high pressure salesman you find in many other dealerships. He actually listened to what was important to me to come up with the best options to fit my needs. Even though he knew at first I was "shopping around", he wasn't trying to get the quick sale at my expense. Brewster Subaru reminds me of the ol' time local businesses from the past, where customer service is the number one focus, and word of mouth are the keys to a long-term relationship between business and customer. The only downside to the experience was the lack of a window shade in the west side of the showroom. The afternoon sunlight did pierce through the window straight into my eyes making it hard to talk to Mitch, or read paperwork (even with me wearing sunglasses). It gave me a headache. Mitch was nice enough to hold a brochure up to block the light in my face. But this can be an easy fix with a window shade or high tinted windows! Otherwise, Mitch and Team was awesome and I am highly satisfied with my experience! More
