We then spoke once on the phone briefly, at which point I said I prefer to use email. Went back and forth with emails over a couple weeks. When I made my decision I called on a Saturday and spoke with Patrick Larson . He informed me that Maggie was off but come on in and he would help me. After arriving and speaking with Pat he put me in touch with Mitch. Took a legacy for a ride and then sat down to talk. Pulled up correspondence from Maggie and stuck to quoted price. They did not have the exact car I wanted, color combination was non negotiable for me. Mitch said they would try and track down a car and give me a call. He called Monday informed me they would have it Wednesday and asked when the best to,e for me to come in. Set up for Friday at noon. When I arrived everything was ready to go, did not waste my time. Mitch went over the car, then sat with Rich Johnson to recap the numbers we agreed on and sign. Everyone great to deal with. No pressure no stress and most important no wasting of my time. Would absolutely go back to this dealership. 5 Star experience. More

Painless procedure I knew I didn't want another Forester. Loved my 2001 Forester but had to let it go and had been driving a leased 2015 Forester. They made it too big I knew I didn't want another Forester. Loved my 2001 Forester but had to let it go and had been driving a leased 2015 Forester. They made it too big. Stopped in to try other cars for size but thought I'd be looking for a used Forester going back to a year to the smaller size. Mitch Pollak stepped up spent a lot of time discussing options, showing me cars on the lot, answering questions. I tried the Crosstrek and it felt a lot like my old 2001 Forester. They made me a good offer on my returning leased Forester. Once I made the decision the process was easy. We did research on price and they were right on the money. Didn't have to spend time haggling. This is our fifth Subaru. Wouldn't drive anything else. May not need the dealer again for a long time - I had my first Forest for 13 years. I expect to use them for service on my Crosstrek. Rich Johnson made the paperwork part of the deal pretty painless. More

My decision to buy a car was narrowed down to 3 different manufactures and Mirtch was the deciding factor. I also enjoyed working with Rich Johnson. He was so well informed in the financing side of the dealership. He really made me feel that my Subarau buying decision was the right one. Mitch suggested two models and he described the differences between the two. The Forester was exactly what I was looking for. Mitch was very professional and friendly. Although it wasn't necessary, he offered to and did pick me up from another dealer where I was dropping off my old leased vehicle. I was very pleased with Mitch's assistance through the leasing process and the overall experience. I'm a weekender, and the I really appreciated the fact that Brewster Subaru is open on certain Sundays. I don't think Mitch was scheduled to work on the Sunday I picked up my car, but he came in to accommodate my schedule. The Subaru dealership in Brewster is new and very clean, and my impression of the team was positive. More
