Our experience at Annapolis was at first great. Mo Abaidullah, our salesman, was wonderful. He was professional, knowledgeable and did not pressure us to buy. We did decide to purchase a car. W Mo Abaidullah, our salesman, was wonderful. He was professional, knowledgeable and did not pressure us to buy. We did decide to purchase a car. We were past the point of "dealing" . Our trade in had been looked at etc. We had been told what our interest rate on our small car loan. At the last minute Robert Haas who is a manager of preowned cars came in to tell us that the rate HE quoted to us was going to be two points above what he had quoted!! TWO points!! It is not cheap to have a car loan these days and two points made a significant difference on what our car payment was going to be. After this disaster we left disgusted by what had just taken place. We were on our way home when the dealership did call to tell us they would give us a bigger discount to make up for the manager's mistake. When we returned he did apologize but the distaste in our mouths for what we thought was a classic "bait and switch" was already there. I cannot imagine how a manager could make such a costly mistake. Again Mo Abaldullah was wonderful. I would recommend dealing with him but if Mr. Hass is in the picture I would withdrawal my recommendation. More
