I was pleased with the speed that my vehicle was repaired. The cost was reasonable. The main thing I could not do on my own was fix the hood latch. Two other things I probably could have done myself was replace the windshield washer hose and a headlight. But I was under a time constraint of going out of town and by having you do it, it saved me time and I felt that didn't cost me an arm and leg to do it. More
