Our buying experience Saturday evening was REFRESHINGLY easy! Mindy was knowledgeable, and familiar with our vehicle. She and Nader were warm and absolutely did not pressure us at all. I was actually in tears upon leaving because it was such a positive buying experience of our "new" preowned Toyota RAV4.
