The minute you walk into the the lobby, you feel a relaxed and happy atmosphere quite different than the Ford and Lexus dealerships I visited. This is the second Mazda that I got at Capistrano Mazda. I felt completely comfortable, trusting Forouz to have my best interest at heart. She was very easy to talk to. She was very patient and took the time to explain what all the terminology and terms were. She met all my needs from style of vehicle, performance, interior, and price. I am no easy sell. We even test drove the same car twice because I had doubts about the speed of the engine. I am a consumer that has to have all the facts and figures and do the calculations myself so that I ca make an informed and educated decision. They do not just sell cars here. They sell peace of mind for your transportation needs. They definitely back up the "smileage" guarantee. Every single person greeted me with a smile from sales to service and up to finance. I knew that I was in good hands and I was going to be taken care of. I will most likely get another Mazda from this dealership when my lease expires. All three dealerships offered no hassle, no pressure, friendly and thorough service. I selected the Mazda, and Capistrano Mazda because of the excellent sales service provided by Forouz M. and the team supporting her, including Moe A. Had their service not been excellent, it would have made it easier to choose an alternate brand vehicle. Their service and my appreciation for the value that the Mazda provides pushed me to the decision to buy Mazda. I liked the more expensive cars, but … geezzz… the Signature level of the CX 5 is so nice, and the Turbo-4 engine for 2019 was the deal cincher. More
