Trade in value also was fair; matching up with Edmunds/CarMax. The sales folks, managers, finance and service are all nice, efficient and pleasant to work with. Pretty painless experience, which is quite a compliment. We used service already, to install a trailer hitch, and that went fine as well, including the loaner. I was greeted with a warm welcome when I first came in for a drive test. I didn’t get pressured by sales when I told them I was not ready to purchase that day but will be in a few weeks. I received an email inquiring if I was ready to make the purchase a couple of weeks later and I was. Making the appointment was easy. My choice of trim and color was available. When I arrived at the dealer- the car was waiting for me. The whole process took only a couple of hours. I was able to bring my new car home that day. More

Wonderful from the very beginning! My family and I had such a great experience here! We were shopping for our daughter’s first car. Having never bought a new car before, I was leery of the dealer experience. I am so glad I came to Capo Mazda. Forouz did a fantastic job of fully explaining the car to me, even emailing me videos on the different features. She took time with me to discuss financing and make sure that I got the car that I really wanted for a great price.
