From the moment I walked in the door I could almost feel the positive attitude that all the employees displayed. To a person, they all enjoyed what they were doing and were happy to be there. And to top it off, Forouz Mohisefat, the sales representative that handled my purchase, was extremely professional and I don't think that a smile ever left her face during the entire time I was there. Wow, what an amazingly positive experience that I will always remember. Thank you Forouz, I would love to do business with you again some time. And last, the dealer was kind enough to send two representatives to my home, 65 miles north of the dealership, in order to deliver my car to me personally the next day. Definitely five stars! More

Not only did they give me a killer price but they simply blew away the competition in the ease of the buying experience. I visited many Mazda dealers in Southern California as I searched for my Miata RF and none of them compared to Capo's friendliness. The showroom is on par with my Lexus dealership - contemporary, fresh, free snacks and comfy chairs if you're waiting. The sales people are not car salesmen in that sense - they are polite, friendly, helpful, and have no high pressure sales tactics. Moe the Sales Manager came out to thank me before we drove off and the two sales people who helped me, Katrina and Fouruz, were so friendly and helpful that it was more like buying from a friend. Excellent follow through, friendly service, great prices, just come here and ask for Fourouz or Katrina. Highly recommended - I visited a lot of Mazda dealers in SoCal and Capo is miles above the rest! More

In the past, I have opted for private party but with the experience that I had with Capistrano Mazda and their team, has changed me. I walked into their newly renovated building and was instantly greeted by Diego who took care of me for the rest of my visit. During our test drive, Diego was very knowledgeable about the Mazda6 I was considering and was extremely helpful. After short consideration, I was sold. The experience, the price (the best price around- private or dealer), the atmosphere and culture at Capo Mazda made my trip so easy. Moe also came in to introduce himself and was extremely nice and professional. We hit it off and they really make you feel at home. I am so glad I found this dealership! Amazing Customer Service With Marcin This was my husband and I's first experience with buying a brand new car. We had done a lot of research on several cars in it's class and read wonderf This was my husband and I's first experience with buying a brand new car. We had done a lot of research on several cars in it's class and read wonderful things about Mazda, and the CX-5. We decided to test drive that first. Marcin was so welcoming and refreshingly real and not pushy from the get go. We went on a test drive and he just talked to us as a friend and did not push when we mentioned we were just starting to look. Fast forward a few days and many other car brands test drives later, we felt that we could truly trust Marcin over any other dealership or brand, and quickly came back. Marcin answered our (hundreds) of questions haha, and was so patient and willing to push for the deal we wanted to make. We felt like he was in our corner the whole time, and did not feel pressured to do anything we were not comfortable with. He was able to not only answer our questions, but give us informative and neutral information that ultimately gave us the confidence to feel like we could not have made a better choice. If you are looking to get a new car, you can trust you are in good hands with Marcin and his team. I can't forget to mention that Marcin had our car detailed and personally went to fill up the tank before we drove off the lot. He has since followed up to make sure all was well, and told us we can call him anytime for questions, and I know he means it. Marcin, along with Moe and Chris made it an absolutely a wonderful experience, and we could not be happier we chose Mazda. More
