We had done a lot of research on several cars in it's class and read wonderf This was my husband and I's first experience with buying a brand new car. We had done a lot of research on several cars in it's class and read wonderful things about Mazda, and the CX-5. We decided to test drive that first. Marcin was so welcoming and refreshingly real and not pushy from the get go. We went on a test drive and he just talked to us as a friend and did not push when we mentioned we were just starting to look. Fast forward a few days and many other car brands test drives later, we felt that we could truly trust Marcin over any other dealership or brand, and quickly came back. Marcin answered our (hundreds) of questions haha, and was so patient and willing to push for the deal we wanted to make. We felt like he was in our corner the whole time, and did not feel pressured to do anything we were not comfortable with. He was able to not only answer our questions, but give us informative and neutral information that ultimately gave us the confidence to feel like we could not have made a better choice. If you are looking to get a new car, you can trust you are in good hands with Marcin and his team. I can't forget to mention that Marcin had our car detailed and personally went to fill up the tank before we drove off the lot. He has since followed up to make sure all was well, and told us we can call him anytime for questions, and I know he means it. Marcin, along with Moe and Chris made it an absolutely a wonderful experience, and we could not be happier we chose Mazda. More

There was no rushing out the door after the purchase. Forouz made sure she covered all the features of my new car. She truly made it an exciting, enjoyable experience! The team I worked with was AJ in Internet Sales, Moe Sales Manager, Chris and Rene in Finance. I had previously bought a car from Capo VW (same owner, same location) and I had a great experience as well. This was several years ago when I got a Passat. Let me tell you that these guys are incredible, totally awesome to work with, really straightforward, honest and they delivered whatever they promised. I believe I got an awesome deal and you cannot beat the sales and the customer service I received from them. I felt completely valued as a customer, well cared for, in other words I received Lexus style sales and service at a Mazda dealership. And let me tell that's really something these days.
