Erin was super helpful and patient as the financing team tried to figure things out. She was also very kind and diligent with her handling of not just us but other customers. I would say was the amount of time it took for financing to figure out what it needed from me. They went back and forth with needing bank statements vs paystubs, among other minute details. 2. I don't know if it was an attempt to manipulate me but while the financing was being reviewed, the finance manager kept insisting I buy a more expensive car when I had made it clear which one I wanted. I am fine with insistent salespeople but he was downright rude. 3. I came back the second day and the second finance manager we dealt with was very professional and kind. He was considerate of my father's medical needs as well. More
